125ml white wine
3 garlic cloves
1 tsbp basil
2 tsp double cream
Wrap salmon fillets in tin foil after adding a knob of butter and seasoning and bake Gas Mark 5 for a good 20 mins.
Meanwhile heat oil in frying pan and add the prawns and garlic and cook for 5 mins.
Add the lemon juicer, wine, seasoning and simmer for 5 mins.
Add the noodles and cook for 3 mins ,add the double cream and season with basil.
Serve immediately placing salmon fillet on top of noodles and sauce.
If you like it spicy, just add a chilli into the sauce.
