A hearty savoury slow cooker beef stew with potatoes, carrots and celery!
2 tablespoons flour
salt and pepper
1 clove garlic
350ml beef stock
2 sticks celery
Place beef pieces in slow cooker and flour, salt and pepper and coat with flour mixture. Stir in the garlic, bay leaves, paprika, worcestershire sauce, onion, beef stock, potatoes, celery and carrots.
Cover and cook on high settings for 6 hours or low setting for 10 yours.
