Recipe of the week

Serve this delicious simple recipe with crusty bed or rice and salad.

Ingredients:

Lemons

Rosemary

Salmon fillets

Olive oil

 

Method:

Arrange a layer of lemon slices on tin foil and sprinkle with rosemary.  Place salmon fillets on top and sprinkle with more rosemary. Top off with another layer of lemon. Drizzle with oil and cook at Gas 5 for 20 minutes in foil parcels.

I added paprika and chilli cayenne pepper to give it a little kick and served with fresh vegetables if following a no carb diet.
