2 cups milk
quarter cup of parmesan cheese
3 cups breadcrumbs
2 and a half cups of grated chedder cheese
1 tablespoon butter
1 cup mushrroms
2 tablespoons butter
Beat together well the milk and eggs.
Mix together parmesan cheese and breadcrumbs
Melt butter into oil and mix and add onions. Saute until golden and add mushrooms. Cook another 2 minutes and remove from heat.
Butter a large casserole dish
Wash vegetables and slice into thin slices. Layer one layer of carrot and courgette, sprinkle with half of the onions and mushrooms and a bit of grated cheese and salt and pepper.
Lay down a layer of broccoli and cauliflower and sprinke with remaining onions and mushrooms and grated cheese and salt and pepper.
Lay down a layer of potatoes and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Dot with butter, Mix together milk and eggs and pour over mixture. Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes on gas mark 5.
Uncover and bake for 15 minutes. Sprinkle with remaining chesse breadcrumbs and parmesan mixture and bake for another 15 minutes.
