Recipe of the week

For slow cooker lamb and mint you will need:

 

6-8 Lamb chops

Fresh mint or mint sauce 4 tbsps

Soy sauce 2 tbsps

120 ml water

Seasoned flour

 

Method:

 

Toss the lamb chops in seasoned flour and fry until brown and place in slow cooker.

Mix mint, soy sauce and water in frying pan and add to slow cooker.

Cook on low heat for 7 hours.

 

For the vegetable stir fry you will need:

1 garlic clove

Mixed vegetables such as pak choi, sweetcorn and broccoli

1 tbsp soy sauce

Method:

Heat the oil in wok and fry the garlic for 1 minute.

Add the veg and fry for 3 mins then add the soy sauce.  Cook for another 2 - 3 mins until tender.
