Recipe of the week

Try this very simple recipe for another no carbs and healthy dinner! 




Chicken wings ( I buy mine frozen pre spiced or you can or buy fresh and add your desired sauce such as red hot chilli sauce or bbq sauce)


2 carrots

2 tomatoes

1 large celery stick

1 cucumber

Lettuce or rocket

cup of mayonnaise

cup of milk

1 tbsp of white vinegar


blue cheese



Oven cook the chicken wings for 45 mins if frozen or 20 mins if fresh.

Whisk together the mayonnaise, milk, vinegar and pepper and add blue cheese to mix.

Peel and chop carrots, tomatoes, celery and cucumber. Put in a salad bowl and add lettuce and toss well. Pour blue cheese dressing on top and serve with chicken wings.
