Recipe of the week

Try this delicious and simple recipe. Replace the noodles with spiralised butternut squash if you want to go carbs free.



Olive oil

2 chillies

4 cloves of garlic

1 red pepper

1 broccoli head

4 spring onions

200g prawns

2 pak choi

4 tsp of soy sauce

2 tbsp sweet chilli sauce

White wine vinegar




Cook the noodles as on the pack. and toss in olive oil.  Heat oil in wok and cook the chillies and garlic for 30 seconds then add the red pepper, brocolli, spring onions and prawns.

Cook for 3 -4 minutes until the prawns have turned pink. Add the pak choi, noodles, soy sauce,, chilli sauce and vinegar.

Cook through and serve immediately.
