Recipe of the week

Ingredients:

Salmon fillets

2 cloves garlic

1 tsp dried dill

seasoning

120g grated chedder cheese

6 spring onions, chopped

 

Method:

Preheat the oven to gas mark 8

Place salmon on tin foil and season with garlic , dill and salt and pepper. seal foil around the salmon and place on baking tray.

Bake 20 mins in the preheated oven. Top with chedder cheese and spring onions an cook for further 5 minutes.

Serve with cauliflower rice for  no carbs dinner.
