Super easy Veggie Burgers

You will need:

Tin of chick peas

3 small tins of sweetcorn

1 lemon zest

Half teaspoon each of cumin, paprika and coriander

Fresh coriander leaves

3 tablespoons of flour




Put chick peas, sweetcorn, lemon zest, spices and coriander leaves and flour in food processor and mix together to a pulp but not too smooth as we want some consistency.

Shape into patties on baking tray and put in fridge to firm up.

Heat up some oil and cook for 5 mins each side or until golden brown.

Serve with a burger roll, lettuce and tomato and mayonnaise and ketchup.

Or if you are being no carbs, just serve with a salad!
