Recipe of the week

Dogfish recipe:

Ingredients:

Dogfish

Olive oil

5 garlic cloves

Parsley

Chilli pepper

 

Method:

Heat oil and fry half of the garlic.

Add the dogfish, parsely, chilli pepper and remainder of garlic.

Cook gently for 20 minutes until fish is white and flaky.

Serve with a green salad and boiled small potatoes.
