4 Conger steaks
1 small bottle of cider
4 eating apples
Fry the onion until brown. Cover the steaks with flour and fry with onion quickly until brown on both sides.
Transfer onion to and steaks to roasting dish and add cider, parsley and thyme.
Cook for 20 mins at 180 degrees.
Fry the sliced eating apples until crispy and brown.
Serve with green veg and brown rice.
