I have been a fitness specialist in the many facets of the fitness industry since 1991.  I began my career as a fitness instructor presenting  all levels of classes, spanning from the inexperienced exerciser to instructor level.  From this I moved into personal fitness training and launched her own fitness company. 

I have recently moved to the Isle of Wight from the Midlands and will be re-establishing my personal training and dance and pilates classes. 

I specialise in advice and support on all areas of health and fitness, including weight management, nutrition and how to achieve and maintain a healthier lifestyle. I also work with clients recovering from sports injuries who need a little extra help after signing off from the physiotherapist. I have also worked with top athletes who use my motivational training to reach their fitness goals. 

I also work with cancer patients inspiring them to keep fit and strong both mentally and physically throughout their treatments. I specialise in using pilates based methods with all clients to help gain strength and mobility specifically working on core stabilility work and back strengthening methods. This method of training is particularly popular with clients who already have a good fitness base but need a little more help to attain their optimum fitness.

I have written many articles for the local press over the years on health and fitness and presented on Rutland Radio for fitness advice. I have also produced several fitness DVD’s ranging from body conditioning, pilates and dance programmes.

I am a highly qualified fitness professional  known for an enthusiastic and versatile approach to fitness. I continue to educate myself so as to keep up to date with the current fitness industry and to keep clients inspired and motivated! I have an enviable reputation in the fitness industry.
